For one week we will transform into a seafood restaurant bringing you fishy delicacies from all over the world.  Come and enjoy the various events we are hosting  - oysters-shucking demonstrations and a Seafood-matching Wine-tasting.

Oyster-shucking demonstrations

Our Head Chef, Sam, will be talking about oysters, demonstrating how to prepare them and giving his top tips on how to choose fresh fish in the markets.
